Evidence-informed care from a Licensed Acupuncturist and NCCAOM Diplomate, serving Millcreek and the East Salt Lake Valley. | Master’s-level Oriental Medicine and sports medicine training, delivered in a clean, modern Millcreek clinic. | Personalized acupuncture and integrated therapies in Millcreek — with extended evening hours for working professionals.
Pain Free Acupuncture is a single-location clinic at 1345 E 3900 S, Suite 216, in Millcreek, Utah, serving patients across the East Salt Lake Valley since July 2022. We are an in-office practice — every consultation, treatment, and follow-up takes place inside our clean, modern clinical facility, where we can deliver the level of personalized, hands-on care that acupuncture and integrated therapies require.
The clinic is led by a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) credentialed by the State of Utah and a Diplomate of Acupuncture through the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). Our credentials include a Master’s in Oriental Medicine, clinical training at Nanjing University, sports medicine specialization under Whitfield Reaves, and Kinesio Taping certifications at the KT1, KT2, and KT3 levels. This combination — traditional Oriental Medicine paired with formal sports medicine training — is uncommon in the Salt Lake Valley, and it shapes how we approach every patient.
What patients tend to notice first is the time we spend with them. Comprehensive consultations are standard, not an upgrade. We review your full health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals before recommending a personalized treatment plan. Where appropriate, we layer in integrated modern therapies — infrared sauna, halo salt therapy, red light therapy, and compression therapy — to support a multi-modal approach rather than relying on a single technique.
Operationally, we are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Wednesday and Friday closing earlier at 5:00 PM, and Saturday appointments available from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Our extended evening hours are designed to accommodate working professionals across Millcreek, Sugar House, Cottonwood Heights, and surrounding neighborhoods who may not be able to make a traditional 5:00 PM appointment. We also provide insurance verification assistance, maintain a HIPAA-compliant practice, and carry professional liability coverage as part of our standard clinical operations.
While we specialize in these focal areas, our team provides acupuncture clinic services designed to support the overall health and vitality of every patient.
Traditional acupuncture care including pain relief, dry needling, cupping, and sports medicine acupuncture.
